Commercial and technical Product Management role, driving growth of the full portfolio across all regions.
You will develop and manage the 3-year innovation plan and facilitate the full product development process from idea to product launch and ensure that the portfolio at all times is relevant and profitable as well as building and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring the development and maintenance of an attractive product portfolio, with strong value propositions and product specifications. You will drive market insights, collecting inputs from local markets, including business trends and interact with customers and different stakeholders both locally and internationally.
The role is hands-on, and you will manage your own development projects and support sales ad-hoc.
Experienced Product Manager with profound knowledge from the building industry
You have either a technical education such as, tradesman, architect, structural engineer combined with a strong commercial understanding or a commercial education at bachelor level or diploma combined with a strong technical understanding. At least 3 years of experience from a similar role, developing and bringing new products to market within the building industry, preferably from a manufacturing company combined with Project Management experience. You are a strong relationship builder, have a profound commercial understanding, pragmatic with a strong motivation for innovation and technical solutions and value propositions.
As a person you are structured, and you are able to plan and organize your work in an effective way. You have a creative mindset and a solution-oriented approach that enables you to drive innovative products that create value for the customers. You are ambitious and result-driven, with a curious, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to your work.
You have strong communication skills, and you communicate directly and clearly on all organizational levels and you are fluent in both English as well as German.
